These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VIBE – AI Video Generator app and website operated by Rocket Digitals("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

VIBE is an AI video generator that helps you create AI videos from prompts, photos and images using multiple third-party AI video models. Results may vary depending on your input photo, prompt quality, the selected model, style, motion settings and video settings.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must meet the minimum age required by your local laws and the relevant app store. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, images and prompts you upload ("Input"). You represent that you have the rights to your Input and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law. You grant us a limited license to process your Input to provide the Service.

4. Generated Content & Commercial Use

Videos you generate ("Output") are created using AI models that may have their own licensing terms. Before publishing or monetizing Output, you should check the app's current terms, applicable model licensing details and the rules of any platform where you share the content. We make no guarantee that Output is suitable for a particular commercial use or is free of third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful or violent;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• impersonates a real person without consent or creates deceptive deepfakes;
• contains sexual content involving minors or non-consensual content;
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features may be offered as subscriptions billed through Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Third-Party Models & Trademarks

VIBE references AI model names for search clarity and user understanding only. VIBE is not the official app of any model provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, Kling, Seedance, Hailuo, PixVerse, Luma, Vidu or any model provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Model availability may vary by app version, region, provider access and product configuration.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Output will be accurate, realistic, error-free or fit for any purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digitals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
